[ MAGIC - BIRD ] ARNO is a new-generation illusionist magician. He invites you into a wonderful world where the most beautiful birds on Earth appear before your eyes: parrots, budgies, macaws, and white doves emerge from scarves or come to fill cages, appearing from who knows where!
[ TIGHTROPE WALKING ] Mélanie trained at the Annie Fratellini Ecole Nationale du Cirque, specializing in Tightwire walking, after studying acting at the Regional Acting School of Cannes, France. She also dances (practices tap-dancing) and performs martial arts, which led her to double for actors in films.
[ LATINO JAZZ ] Havana Chic brings back the sound of Cuban nightclubs from the 30's, 40's and 50's…Feel the lilting atmosphere of the Tropicana, the Mambo Club and the Hotel Sevilla! Perfect harmony for the ears and for the eyes…
[ CONTORTION ] Claire trained at the Ecole au Carré with Silvia Monfort and Alexis Gruss. Her main activities there were acrobatics and ballet. She launched her career with the Alexis Gruss Circus and after 2 years, won the bronze medal in the World Festival of the Circus of Tomorrow
[ VOCAL JAZZ ] Lorène sang in numerous festive events following the French National Figure Skating Team, appearing on national television at the famous "Bercy Stadium" in 2003, singing "L'Adieu," (composed by Didier Barbelivien), in tribute to Olympique champions Gwendal Peizerat and Marina Anissina.
[ MIME SHOW ] Daniel began studying the art of mime in 1985 in Paris at the Studio Magenia, directed by Ella Jaroszewicz, a professor at Marcel Marceau's International School of Mime. His obvious talent quickly led him toward a professional career, where he creates each of his sketches himself.
[ JUGGLING ] Karen Bourre, a juggler of bouncing balls, has been performing professionally for five years, working for the Gandini Juggling Project (London: Millennium Dome, 2000). Back in France she has created her own company, POK, and directs various shows for festivals, conventions, etc.
[ CHAMBER MUSIC ] Created in 2003 by 5 laureates of the National Conservatory of Music in Paris, Or Notes Brass was born within a Chamber Music class of Jens Mac Manama (soloist for the Ensemble Intercontemporain).
[ ACROBAT ] Pascal started in an amateur school of circus arts near Paris where he learned various disciplines : the flying trapeze, the trampoline, and acrobatics. He worked his way up to competition in the International Circus Festival of Monte Carlo, where he won a prize for his Diabolo act.
[ JUGLER ] Mika Quartz is a genuine creator. With his crystal balls, he is the " Master of Contact Juggling ", rolling a sphere-or several-all over his body. Let yourself slide into a rare moment of poetry: Mika Quartz presents a unique act of virtuosity and astonishment, mixing juggling with magic.
[ HAND SHADOW ] Hand shadow illusions belong to the world of magic. The Blackfingers are masters of shadow sculpture, using a poetic style of choreography for their fingers.
[ ORCHESTRA ] This orchestra allows you to compose your programme according to your entertainment wishes: the repertory may be oriented and adapted to each event or type of guests or audience.
[ AERIAL SILK BALLET ] Hanging from two long strips of silk, their bodies reveal an original performing style with strength and supple agility. They play hide-and-seek, draw pictures, dress-up and then strip down to the bare essentials. A moment of sheer joy, made of dreams, grace and beauty.
[ DANCE SHOW ] From the French can-can to contemporary dance, sleek and decked out in brilliance and feathers, Angels Compagnie continues to innovate, create, and adapt their show according to the event at hand. The talented, dynamic dancers with their open spontaneity, graced with costumes signed Mine Barral-Vergez, of the Moulin Rouge, offer an extravaganza of choreographic panache!
[ GYPSY JAZZ ] These five musicians, united in their love of music, set out on the road to Swing, in 2000. Fans of the late Django Reinhardt, they looked into the world of gypsies. During this initiatory wandering, they encountered all their idols, from Birelli Lagrène to Tchavalo Schmitt.
[ ORIGAMI ] The artist begins by sizing up the guests : the quiet types, the tired children, the curious ones… Once he has made contact with a few gestures or with light conversation, he starts folding a small paper into an interesting shape. It takes from 2 to 10 minutes per table, between courses, or among the guests throughout the cocktail.
[ LATIN DANCE MUSIC ] This unique combo draws you irrevocably into a Fiesta of and colombian song. A guest star with the group this season: the great Cuban guitarist and singer, Juan Ricardo Santana
[ FRENCH SINGING ] Like a bouquet of three voices tied together by an diatonic accordion, the Belles de Mai lead the public into a parade of colourful sound tinged with fragrance of classic French melodies.
[ FIRE AND JUGGLING CRYSTAL BALLS ] As a regular star in great circuses ("Joseph Bouglione Circus", "Cirque du Grand Céleste," etc), Sabine James has also performed for a number of special show events, in particular for the Museum of Carnival Arts (Musée des Arts Forains).
[ JAZZ SINGER ] American singer Ciara Arnette uses her voice to express her deepest emotions. With plenty of phrasal swing, a full, husky voice and a particularly wide vocal range, she sings even in the lowest registers using powerful clarity.
